Being home was nice, but seeing DD (Dear Daughter) in pain was tough. Medicine around the clock and her wanting to sleep on her belly rather than her back made my sleep, once again, more like short naps. I was doing okay, though, as long as DD was. She was a trooper! We had the in-laws in town to help while my husband was at work, and that was extremely helpful between getting our son on and off the school bus and preparing meals. I could focus on our DD. At the same time, I was also able to get a break and shower. That was glorious, and I am beyond grateful for their help!
